We have extended the deadline to submit solutions to all Open Challenges from 30th April 2016 to 15th May 2016.

We thank all those who have already given a solution to a challenge. You can, however, consider giving solutions to other challenges. 

For those who haven't submitted yet, you have until 15th May 2016 to submit your solutions to any of the Open Challenges.

We at the Group Technology and Innovation Office (GTIO), are extremely pleased to announce that we have shortlisted the solutions received for the first set of five challenges that we had posted on our portal, www.tatainnoverse.com on Jan 7, 2016.

Results are announced for the first stage of evaluation. Mailers have been sent to the shortlisted solution givers.

Here’s congratulating all the innovative thinkers whose solutions have made it to the grand finale.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the participants for caring to delve into the challenges, spending time and sharing solutions.

We will review shortlisted ideas further and the winner(s) will be notified through an email soon.

We at the Group Technology and Innovation Office (GTIO), are extremely pleased to announce that we have received an enthusiastic response for the first set of five challenges that we had posted on our portal, www.tatainnoverse.com on Jan 7, 2016.

These five challenges were:

  1. Reducing TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) levels of effluent.
  2. Accelerating ageing of ‘Free lime’ from steel slag
  3. Converting spent H2SO4 to concentrated H2SO4
  4. To evaluate the Scratch resistance property of coated plastic ophthalmic lenses.
  5. Marking of metallic parts to avoid duplicates
